Sir Ruddy Blighter Free

Comics fan since the early 70's, when I read my first "Andy Capp" paperback...Capp, B.C., Beetle Bailey, Wizard of ID... all of them had a nice sharp wit without being mean-spirited back then...

I’ve never understood “You Only Live Once” as a reason to do dangerous things. I mean, isn’t it the exact opposite? “You only live once, so avoid stupid stunts that put your only life in danger”…doesn’t that make more sense?

Well, in the September 19, 2016 strip, it was revealed that there is no mutagenic virus. No one ever mentioned it again (which I complained about for months in the comments), so I came up with my own theories, also in the comments.

YES!!! We’re about to get the whole story!!

I pat myself on the back for my surmise, a few years ago, that it wasn’t a virus but a blending of alternate universes, the boundaries of which were weakened by Amesworth Radiation, and that anthros were the result of that blending of a human and a cartoon-based universe of their closest analogy in that universe. Other than that, I’ve been lost as to the big picture.

    But…at last, it’s coming into focus…
