Verily, the artful play of words here doth much delight and greatly please me! Methinks, perchance, did Lynn employ a lexicon or thesaurus to conjure such clever and inventive phrases? I, e’en I myself, did make use of ChatGPT.

What are her shoes?! In the first panel it looks like she has bird feet. How have I never noticed this before? haha! I don’t dislike it… just curious.

Good to know! But I was referencing the film, Finding Nemo. I don’t actually believe all drains lead to the ocean. ;D

It’s so frustrating when you are being 100% truthful, but no one believes you. Had this happen once when my son slipped on some water as he ran into the tub… did the splits and broke his back femur (a spiral fracture). No matter what we said or did or how many times we told the medical professionals, they WOULD NOT believe we didn’t abuse our son. They took their sweet time treating him, drugged him up to keep him comfortable as they had a continuous stream of people coming in asking us to explain what happened over and over again. They did a full body scan and X-ray on him to see if there were previous injuries (there were none)… it was horrible. It wasn’t until our pediatrician came in and defended us and demanded they release our son that we finally got to go home!!! Awful experience.

It’s probably just the thrill of the chase for Candace… once she wins, she moves on to the next prize. Man, I do NOT miss high school drama.
