   I remember being a youth walking through a Hot Topic one day, when a lady walked by me and muttered under her breath, “Punk.” I turned around, having caught her dead-to-rights, and asked, “Excuse me?” She was so flustered, she quickly apologized and left the store. I had never felt so proud to be me.

   In “PEANUTS: The Art of Charles M. Schulz”, there are a few “Li’l Folks, by Sparky” strips that ran in the late 40’s. It’s a great read, and currently under $20 on amazon.
