I am a yuge Tolkien fan, but even the Hobbit would be a lot less fun to read if I had to take a quiz about it afterwards, or write a book report about it.
Dutch literature? What about Russian literature? I never read much of it, but even Crime and Punishment, short as it is, was more than enough!
