   Buying a used CD is qualitatively different from making a copy of it. It’s a transfer of ownership. If the original owner wants to hear those songs again, then they need to go out and buy another CD.

   Israel isn’t just bombing innocent people for no reason. It’s well and good to say “neither side is without guilt”, but the fact is that one “side” is a terrorist organization that deliberately killed 1000 civilians in a single day and kidnapped over 200 more, and the other side is a democratic state that is trying to get those hostages back while minimizing collateral damage in a dense urban environment honeycombed by tunnels.
