No not really. The little rich kid has no redeemable quality about him. He is just a mean person who is also clueless. There is nothing to root for. Although he looks silly, there is no meaningful consequence to his actions. He is also a serial abuser to his butler, again with no meaningful consequence. Sorry if I sound like a whining flake, but I just don’t like to read the strip when the rich kid characters appear for this reason. I have following Monty for years though, and love all the other characters.
