I would submit that the same argument applies to “light”. It is the interaction of waves of energy with our retinas and brains that is recognized as “light” as well as “color”. If there weren’t any eyes or brains to interpret those energy waves, there wouldn’t be any light or color.
1 million people “donate” $19.95 per month, that’s $19.95 million per month. $17 million of that goes to people with very deep pockets and the rest buys up land to make a reserve for the Polar Bears, plus some effort to reduce carbon emissions and other stuff.
And that is every month…
Same kind of thing with Children’s hospitals, Peta, and other organizations.
Voting districts have to cover the same number of people. If you can change the people it covers so that most of them vote Republican or most of them vote Democrat, you can change the outcome of that voting district. Change enough districts and the outcome of the state is changed. From there, the Presidential Election is affected.
I thing xSigoff meant that they don’t decay in California. Whenever they build a new building on an old landfill (filled from 50-180 years previously) they find tons of garbage that still hasn’t decayed.
“Obama did double the national debt” … you obviously haven’t been reading your history. Nixon took the country off the gold standard, allowing the country to start accumulating the national debt. Reagan tripled the debt in his first term and doubled that in his second. Bush Sr nearly doubled the national debt. Bush Jr doubled the national debt, started two wars and didn’t pay for them, nearly destroyed the banking industry, and left all of that for Obama to pay for - of course he doubled the debt, he was paying off what Bush did.
