   Mister Pastis,

   I congratulate you. You have a wonderful take on the characters. And you are able to marry the art and the dialog and the humor in a way that reminds me of some of the great cartoonists of the twentieth century. Like Charles Schulz, Walt Kelly and Al Capp.

   I like the way that the peak of the action falls on the second to last frame while the punchline in dialog falls on the last frame,

   I only wish that I could afford to buy one of your prints.
