I know that the hour “lost” is returned in the fall – but where is it stored in the interim? Do we really trust the security of the warehouses, or is there “shrinkage”? what happens if there’s a fire? Or is that just like filling out forms, and waiting in line at the DMV, and all the other government activities where our time goes up in smoke?
