   Only the non-essential (about 20%) parts of government actually shut down during a “government shutdown”.

   With $36 trillion in debt, why are we paying for non-essentials? Since government spent over $6 trillion last year, that’s over a trillion dollars per year we shouldn’t be spending. Comparatively speaking, $4 billion is a pittance.

   I don’t think so. The crimes Hunter was tried for occurred after 2014, but the pardon includes any crimes committed for the past 11 years.
