She’s the putty tat in my thumb nail ;). Her name is rosie. As for the cheese cake? It’s just a standard no bake chocolate cheesecake recipe that I substituted gluten free oreo cookies for the crust.
I am going to make a no bake gluten free chocolate cheesecake today. :) Never done it before. As for my cat, she loves fluffy plush bedding and warm humans. :)
Patty melt: two thin smash burgers with a good crust, with swiss cheese, melted, grilled onions and mayo on a toasted rye bread. Other condiments are optional.
Just tasted it, turned out very well. I used dark chocolate powder, seems to work best.
