Don’t assume an indoor antenna will give you everything you’ll need. Check where the broadcast towers are located and how far away you are from them. Also, notice if the station is broadcasting on VHF or UHF frequency. That will factor into what antenna to use. Old fashioned rabbit ears are for VHF reception. Put in your address and a list of stations appears. Each station is color coded as to your ability to receive the signal. A chart at the top of the results shows what type of antenna you need based on the color. antennaweb.org There’s really no such thing as an HD antenna. The TV tuner is what determines if HD signals can be processed, and most all TVs newer than 6-7 years old can process HD signals.Range will depend on a number of factors, including terrain between you and the stations, power of the stations, band the stations are on (VHF, UHF), and height of your antenna. Also, antennas are a line of sight thing; any barriers, walls, trees, buildings, and hills will affect the efficiency of the antenna. Don’t base your choice on what the advertised range of an antenna is. Anyone can say their antenna has a 200+ mile range, when really that’s impossible. The curvature of the earth gets in the way.

Since you’re not supposed to use the same password for multiple sites, mine quickly were out of control. That’s when I decided that I needed a password manager. I selected LastPass. It can auto generate an impossible password and it REMEMBERS them. Easy, peasy.
