Almost every day I find kitty Setsu napping in my LR recliner, He will not leave on his own, so I pick him up and place him in his favorite spot on the cat condo, Back to sleep he goes, after checking out the neighborhood first – of course.
Some 80 years ago, my cousin Bobby and I would go into the drugstore, pick up a couple comic magazines and hide behind a rack of whatever – just as long as it was big enough to hide behind and read the comics. Either the druggist was a very kind person or never caught on, we managed to finish our reading and then run giggling out of the drugstore.
Well, I grew up in Mpls back in the (late) 30’s, 40’s and into the 60’s. I heard a lot of UffDa’s back then and even today find myself saying it on occasion, and finish with a little giggle – here I am again, receding back to a much younger me.
