The positions near the top of a lot of corporate hierarchies often come with titles that start with with the word “chief”. You have your Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), etc. Since all of theze acronyms start with C, their collective offices (both in the literal sense of office as a room and in the figurative sense as a collection of duties and privileges) are frequently referred to as the C-suite.
TLDR: It means the high-level officers at a company, the ones who get paid 1,000 times as much (or more) as the other employees for some reazon.
