Y’know, to me it seems Bernice has gotten progressively more uptight and suppressed the last few years, it’s been a little uncomfortable to watch. And this situation is much different from consistent-boyfriend Zane, and yes, there is a lot to overanalyze for an overthinker. This week’s strips don’t seem out of character to me, not for the Bernice she seems to have developed into.
Just went back and read like a year’s worth of strips. It would be nice to see Zane come back.
