I’m so glad I’ve found this brilliant, bleak and funny comic strip. There was a time comic strips were the true social and life critiques as well as joke factories of pop-culture. Good to occasionally see that in today’s world.
Charles Schulz, the king of an uneasy set-up to an ultimate disaster that ruins everything and nullifies the effort of a character to achieve something. Peanuts were a staple in dark, life-like comedy before it was cool. Some of its lows are kinda comparable to BoJack Horseman. Man. If only Charlie Brown’s life wasn’t like Squid Game all the time.
