You would think the School Districts could place bulk orders for this stuff at a discount, distribute the items to each classroom/ teacher, and have he parents pay the district with a 1 or 2 percent markup. School makes money and parents don’t have to shop. Especially with so many retailers offering pick up and/or delivery now days.
