We might be taking a bite out of an uncle of pig’s if we eat pork. Patis is of Greek descent; I wondered if I give a “heads up”he might send some Greek cuisine my way. I believe his grandfather or great grandfather got him here and his forbear was so grateful for America letting him come aboard. And aren’t we all? Many restaurants in the U.S. are owned by Greeks if only in the capacity of serving American food and I be a testament to eat at many of them. They got me to eating spinach.
