    In real life, I don’t think she would be frantically covering up when it’s her husband and her little girl. (Hammie is only in the first two panels.) She knows that there are no guests in the house. But yes, the reply about the “G-rated” comic strip makes sense.

    They are the MacPhersons, therefore Scottish. In fact, Hammie’s full first name is Hamish, a Scottish form of James.

    On a side issue regarding today’s strip, notice how Baby Blues seems to jump back and forth in time? Wren again has a bulge inside her pants, indicating a diaper. She is sometimes drawn like that, even though in past strips she was getting potty-trained.

    You know, in the history of Baby Blues, Hammie has not shown much sibling jealousy against Wren, even though Zoe showed lots of it against Hammie. Today’s strip is an exception.

    Zoe is always so cute when her hair is like this, instead of in the usual ponytail. Also, most people love coffee and tea, or at least one of them, but I myself always disliked both.
