Yeah, I agree it’s not necessarily the worst, but people taking an obviously well-fed cat from in front of a house doesn’t give me the confidence that they are good people, either. Or if they were trying to be kind and are good people, that might make them ignorant of caring for cats (although, having a kennel in the house makes that less likely).
