   My “comfort zone” is in a favorite recliner with a big bowl of either cheese puffs or Fritos and a big ol’ glass of sugar laden black cherry kool-aid or a chocolate malt kicking back and watching a football game or UFC competition. Yup, and I haven’t been that comfortable in many years because there’s not one gram of that that is healthy for me in any manner.

   I believe I must be an anomaly among humans. I really don’t mind the early sunsets and the “short” days.

   I think I’m one of the few who doesn’t mind an early sunset. Just wish the cold weather didn’t come along with it!

   Ok Brad…go ahead and listen to TJ and get her a T-shirt. I’m sure it will match up just fine with the very nice watch, or tickets to your favorite band, or perhaps that grand tool box you’ve been wanting. All you’ll have that really keen, limp t-shirt in your hands as your present to her. Yup, I’m sure that will go a long way in showing how much you care for her.

   Maybe the reason why they are avoiding Santa is because the have a guilty conscious about something they did during the year and are afraid Santa is going to call them out on it? Boys will be boys . . . .

   All you have to do is buy me a fishing lure with a bill on it. It will sit on the kitchen island all winter long bringing a smile to my face in anticipation of using it when Spring arrives each time I see it :0)

   Not only does Frazz control the thermostat, but he’s almost always working, keeping his own personal thermostat elevated….meaning the school’s thermostat is set lower. Then again, when you have a bunch of people in one classroom, it tends to elevate the temperature. I suppose what really matters is whether or not the AC works when it should. It’s hard to teach kids who are lethargic and overly warm. . . .especially after lunch!

    A long time ago, my grandmother made a wonderful ham salad. It was something they ate on crackers. All the adults called it “Monkey Meat” so the kids wouldn’t want to even try it! It was truly delicious.
