   IT WAS CONSIDERED UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCRUFFY IN THE 90S FOR PROFESSIONALS TO WEAR BEARDS. He cannot just walk in with an established personality or face as a kid! You dont sell one article and then get to scruff out like you’re some middle east Correspondent standing in front of craters and poor kids. You clean up, you shut up, and you do what you’re told, and you EARN your respect and scruffies. Its the way it was. Nowadays, all the cry babies are shaving off half of their beards and dressing backwards and will cry like a little butthurt baby child if they are told to change. They dont earn anything, they cry until its given to them. Its considered a “right” to wear, act, and be however you want to customers and clients, because its THEIR problem if they dont like YOU, and YOU arent even the BUSINESS or Owner! Mike will earn his dues, whereas I would wager his kids are gonna be the GenZ types who think everything should be handed to them.
