Our neighbor lifted the front end of a pick-up off his son when it fell off the jack stands. He strained himself so hard that now he’s messed up for the rest of his life. But he said he would do it all over again if he had to. I would too.
Oh noooooooooooooo…..(LOL) Actually she finally had to move out here to get away from the memories. She was at the base of the first tower when the planes hit. It gave her really bad PTSD because she watched the people jump from the tower. NYC, with good reason, never lets people forget 9/11. Out here in Oregon there is a brief mention of it once a year and thats it. She needed to stop being reminded. She’s in good shape now.
That is so true. BTW. My cousin is from Brooklyn. She lives with me in Oregon now but she was born, raised and lived 39 years in Brooklyn. Her accent is almost gone now but when she gets really mad it comes out. So it not uncommon to hear me say to someone “Oh oh. You made the Brooklyn come out” Or “You better watch yourself, you’re going to make the Brooklyn come out” LOL
Year ago I had a dog that would chase it until she caught it and then pull herself around the other way tugging on it. She was an Akita so her tail was really fluffy.
