   This is a bad example but there is a great deal of truth….take your spouse and dog and put them in the trunk of your car and leave them for about 10 min so…open the trunk and see which one of them is happy to see you and give you kisses?? Brutal-but true…

   In a nutshell that is why we feel the way we do with pets…“unconditional love”

   I asked my therapist about why myself and others suffer such pain when a pet dies even maybe more so than a human…..she said it is the unconditional love that a pet provides that can’t be matched in a human relationship.

   I just don’t want Farley to die…comic strips are for smiles and laughter…I guess I’m too sentimental, but dang this hurts….maybe he just needs medical attention….
