    She’s very off-putting, and I can’t say I find her funny.

Goldie, who has stolen from Lupin twice now: he’s a jerk.

Like great she believes him, but c’mon, acknowledge your own shortcomings. Also it should be obvious to Lupin’s ‘friends’ he didn’t do it; whenever Lupin does stuff like that he’ll own it, quite proudly most times. Despite being so hyper, Lupin’s my fave boy and he’s getting much grief of late. Meanwhile, Elvis who is a jerk 90% of the time, and Goldie who introduces herself with theft, get away with it.

(I also admit to being a little biased towards Lupin, as well as the situation kind of hitting close to home regarding family injustices like that, so feel free to ignore me.)

Agreed. But not holding my breath as it’s happened before, usually with Elvis.

I’m siding with Lupin on this because even though he does have his recorder back, as he’s deaf that meant a lot to him and it’s theft was never acknowledged or, most importantly, apologised for. Having had this happen to me multiple times from siblings (and I see the boys sorta like that) I can completely understand holding a grudge when my feelings have been ignored whether the problem was solved or not (in my case, usually not). As for Elvis being the voice of reason, not exactly and kind of hypocritical considering how unreasonable he’s been, including with Puck. I think I would have liked the female from the other news team to be the voice of reason, though I suppose that wouldn’t be feasible.

From Lupin’s pov, Goldie stole his recorder (matter of elimination to figure that out for Lupin), and she gets to come inside and start making her own place among what he thought was his safe space instead of the theft being addressed by anyone save the mice getting it back to him. She stole from him once, and is now in a prime position to do it again. And neither of the others really batted an eye at his stolen recorder. Now compare that to when Puck had his toy stolen. Big difference.

I know, it’s just a comic and this is all fictitious, but it just hits a little too close to home for me. Anyway, here’s hoping this doesn’t double post on me.

Just get delivery. It’s still brought to you and you only have to dress nice enough to open a door. So sweatpants and a tee is more than acceptable.

white castle isn’t nationwide, unless you want to count those pitiful things I see in the freezer section. Because there’s no white castle here.

Exactly what I was thinking. And rereading these reminded me of why I thought Cathy was better off single.

Lack of blood may prove a secondary crime scene. Pen instead of pencil might prove it was a staged scene. Neither prove it was the editor unless they can lift a print off the pen. Honestly, I think the format is just too short to properly flesh out all the clues needed for most of these to make sense.
