The Southern Baptist Convention has approved this comic.

Fun Fact: When shooting this scene for Clockwork, the production had to be shut down for weeks because one of the clips snapped out of one of Malcom McDowell’s eyes and severely scratched his cornea. #themoreyouknow

Complete and total nonsense and LIES. Trans kids under 18 ARE NOT, REPEAT, ARE NOT getting surgeries.

Be patient and have faith, brother. This won’t end well.

I appreciate the symbolism of making DEMS the Americans in this cartoon.

Why does this keep happening? ZP is one of my faves and very often the bottom is getting greyed out! Is there a fix outside of relying on the kindness of someone to post an alternate URL?…Thank you, electricshadow!

  7. almost 6 years ago on Lisa Benson

This cartoon is insane. Benson and her fellow true believers are going to have a really hard time when everything Mueller knows comes out. At this point, to turn a blind eye to everything he’s uncovered/investigated JUST SO FAR- is blind, willful stupidity. Convictions, guilty pleas, over 100 criminal charges…and they haven’t even revealed the report yet!

There’s a big difference between shaming a person, and shaming their behavior. It’s the difference between “You’re a racist” and “You did a racist thing.” Behavior in the form of expressing shameful beliefs is completely moral and ethical to call out. Lanfill did that. It should be called out. And I will every time I see it.

  9. about 6 years ago on Zen Pencils

That’s fair. My intent was to shame the behavior. If I went too personal, I apologize.

Lanfill, this is why we use words like “bigot”, and “hate” to describe people like you. You have the arrogance to see “fallen” when those of us with empathy, compassion, and understanding see “rising.” You need to read your history- time and again mankind has suffered horribly when the prejudices of the past, often coupled with the zealotry and intolerance of religious supersitition and dogma, unite to diminish our fellow human beings. Your ignorance and fear are on full display in simple comments like you made. From the bottom of my heart- SHAME ON YOU.
