I see this and I instantly think of all the folks that were flooded out this year – this is actually how they saw their home – filled up and some even floated away. So sad..
What’s so wrong about that? He could have kept the receipt himself, though, and done all that without her even knowing… unless SHE does all the financial stuff. If so, then that is his problem!
And now with Trump back in the tractor seat, maybe we will be able to afford to buy groceries again and the farmers will be able to farm again – soon, anyway. There are still a lot of bug eaters and farmer haters out there.
I know some carp that are smarter than you. You really think they have the power to fix the global economy? ha – You have swallowed the whole hook, line and sinker. Look at how well the electric vehicles have done. They are wa y worse on the environment. And wind power? They couldn’t even keep Texas warm. and on and on. Do some research and be honest about it.
Well, I must be a ‘real’ plugger. We used to rake them all into our driveway and then burn them. BURN THEM? Yes! And everyone else in town did it, too. We would have marshmallows and just play in the fire with sticks, etc. The smell of those burning leaves in the Fall… ah yes – a wonderful smell. But we also got liquids in glass containers. Plastic hadn’t been invented yet, apparently. Oh, and we could open our pill bottles without them being locked up – child safe AND elderly impossible. Yassir, those were the days. Environmentalists weren’t invented yet, either. P.S. Yes, we had a garden hose ready to put out the fire ‘just in case.’
Just the name ‘chore jar’ sounds awful. How about projects – or fix it…
