    So what’s the problem?

  2. almost 6 years ago on Non Sequitur

Yes, I noticed the change in this morning’s Detroit Free Press. I wrote to the comics editor to protest. At least I let them know I’m not happy. I told him more obscene things are going on in Washington DC.

This one took me a minute, just like his wife. Then I laughed out loud.

  4. over 9 years ago on Doonesbury

I remember this one! Perfect example of “Mars and Venus” conversation.

  5. over 10 years ago on Doonesbury

Agree! I’ve always loved the way her face is drawn, the blank glasses versus what she is saying.

  6. over 10 years ago on The Humble Stumble

I hope “Humble Stumble” starts over for another go-round with this bunch of nutty characters.

  7. over 10 years ago on On A Claire Day

Thank you, I enjoyed this strip and I’m sorry to see it go.

  8. over 10 years ago on On A Claire Day

So in Panel 2, Mom isn’t there, Panel 3, Claire and Mom aren’t there, and then in Panel 4, everyone is there? Is there a message I am missing?

  9. almost 11 years ago on Tank McNamara

I remember when this strip started, and I have the “Tank McNamara Chronicles” published 1978—price, $7.95. TM is still one of the funniest and best-drawn strips around. I’m sorry Jeff Millar isn’t here to celebrate, so take a bow for two, Bill Hinds.

I like the atmosphere your drawings convey, and I like the spare tone of the narration. Good luck!
