I love the USPS. I’ve never had a problem with anything that I’ve sent or received. The price is amazingly fair! Even Amazon uses it for the stuff that I order.
I still think the USPS is a bargain, but I also remember when my Dad was a carrier. 20 yrs walking routes, 30 yrs driving rural routes (I came along during the RR yrs). My brother and I would occasionally ride with him in the winter, when the snow was deep enough to call off school, to shovel him out when he got stuck. A rare occasion, but the mail got through! Also, not kosher according to USPS regulations. . .
