Figure of speech used by a figure in speech to a figure in speech?

Its called Southern talk y’all.

I think “How Yawl Doin’” would be a good name for a boat.

Y’all or you all: second person plural emphatic; when addressed to one person, the “all” refers to the family, business, or whatever group both parties acknowledge as relevant. Since it is a stranger, the cartoon shows an incorrect usage.

Real Southerners know that “y’all” is plural. You don’t say “y’all” to one person.
