That beaver doesn’t appear to give a damn about forest fires.

So that’s why they call him Smokey the Bear.

Who can prevent forest fires???

Oh boy.

They should be in a designated smoking area with an ash can bordered inside a yellow painted caution line. Then it would certainly be safe.
