Starved for time to spend together, but the icing on the cake is that regular family meals reduce substance abuse and depression.

I love my family and everything, but we’re more of the eat in front of the tv crowd. Theirs is downstairs, mine is upstairs.

That’s12 years give or take a leap year or two. The Kid looks older than 6, so looks like he’s going to be living at home way longer than necessary.
