Why would you ever care how the outside looks? Would not the actual gift be what counts? I’ve been known to use the last little bits of wrapping paper to cobble enough to wrap that last present. Duct tape and the occasional grocery bag have been used.
So unbunch those panties, get control of that wild hair tickling your bum and be glad he got you something.

I’ll bring him some wrapping paper (we have enough extra to last for at least 10 years – it was on sale, you see) and join him for a beer…
