I am a constant worrier and it greatly contributes to my insomnia. I try to take the advice of a friend who said, “Why stay up worrying about things you can’t even do anything about until morning?” Easier said than done but it has worked a few times over the years.

At 72, I worry about when I am going to wake up again to go to the toilet.
