People, now, don’t check anything and just use their debit cards for everything without a thought. They also use Electronic Fund Transfers to pay their bills. Then lo and behold they are overdrawn and start crying about the fees. I use checks for most bills and I keep track of what I am spending using cash for many things. Never close to overdrawn.
