What’s the joke? I do that all the time, but it’s to maximize the use of the liner so not as much plastic is used and so we don’t run out of bags as often.

I always tamp mine down. It is less wasteful.

Maybe he’ll get a hernia trying to lift it.

Just need to recycle more so there is less going to the landfill to begin with.

I did that once. My ex had put in a lid from a can in the can and it’s like a little circular saw blade. It was the first time I needed stitches.

If our sixplex composted or had food waste recycling, my garbage, at least, would be next to nil.

Check his elbows for grease stains. He’s about to sit in grandma’s chair.

I do the same thing until the garbage starts turning green.

Since my back injury, I often wind up taking half of the trash out of the bag and put in a second bag. Otherwise, I cannot lift the bag. This guy … this guy needs a trash compactor and a hand truck. :)

All fun and games until ya pull out a too-full bag, it splits and covers the floor.
