    Actually, that would be an easy way to walk Rover. Just run around the outside a couple of times to get it spinning, then grab his leash and rest while he’s running around.

    I used to love that kind of ride….. With 5 or more kids on it ..it was a sure thing someone would fly off..

    I think they’ve been outlawed in California for safety reason’s

    This weekend I saw an old playground merry-go-round for the first time in a while, in a park in Seattle. I didn’t spin it to see if the speed has been regulated.
