LOL – dog kisses are good for a little boy.

I’m with Red on this one… I’ll take wet, slobbery kissy-face Rover over anything unpleasant, pizza-faced Martin can scare up!

Given the context of what Red was saying, I find that display of beast-on-boy oral affection somewhat disturbing.

Now I’m going to need years of therapy after witnessing that. .(And before someone asks, yes, I’m kidding.)

What the world needs now….

Awww Rover to the rescue again.

Technically according to the round panel it was a lick which leads me to suspect that food crumbs on Red’s face had something to do with Rover’s moral support.

That was sweet, especially since it was a very restrained doggie kiss. Anytime an animal gives a sweet, loving lick, it seems like a kiss to me. The slobbery ones where they want to stick their tongues everywhere on my face gross me out.

Soooo… he doesn’t want kisses to show affection from girls… but he wants exactly that same thing from a dog… Hmm…

Just as burleigh2 noticed, I smiled at the dog getting all kissy faced with the boy who doesn’t get grossed out. Life is not consistent, it’s slobbery messy.

That won’t be necessary Red.

Rover’s therapy is the best kind.

Our dog gives sweet, gentle kisses. Our cat likes to give little delicate kisses every once in a while.

Red’s face is drawn so fantastically! Looks just like my little guy when I sneak a kiss on his chunky cheeks!
