    Hmmm… normally Red talks to Rover with speech balloons and Rover responds with thought balloons. That make’s sense since boys can talk but dogs can’t. Yet in today’s second panel Red talks to Rover with a though balloon. Kind of an odd oversight from BB, I guess.
