    I think he also needs a kid to hang out with from time to time. Someone who can catch the ball… and throw it back… He is a little lonely in the last panel. I’m a little sad for him.

    A few years ago, some college teams started doing the no-huddle that amounted to lining up then looking at the sidelines to get the play. My son started saying “Squirrel” each time he saw them do that, a la the movie “UP”. Glad to see the joke still has some life.
