I don’t want to feed any thing that eats more than I do,and sleeps at the end of the bed. When the dog s__t bag is bigger than the trash bag at the end of the week the dog is too big.

I thought this strip was set in the 1960s (all the references to the space race and similar stuff, including the huge TV set with the rounded faceplate around the screen). No one picked up after their pets then. That’s where “Curb your dog” comes from. Picking up after your pet is very much an 80s thing.

Owning a Great Dane is one of the best and happiest things in my life . I am a dedicated Dane lover, and owner of Danes over 30 years. (and no, the poop bags used are just the standard size ones, doesn’t sleep on the bed – he has his own- eats less than owning two Rovers and is 70 kilos of love)
