    Our daughter and son-in-law have a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, named Elvis. Elvis has been through training… twice! A very sweet animal but he has no idea how large he actually is. With feet the size of a soup bowl, he doesn’t always make for a good lap dog; unfortunately, he doesn’t know it…

    Holly Cow! All of @John Smith’s comments disappeared from this page making the comment thread particularly confusing for those who didn’t read the deleted comments. For posterity: @John Smith said that this strip reminded him to take his insulin, implying, as I said, that it’s too sweet. Some people thought he was being mean. He replied that I was right and he didn’t intend to be mean. Weird.
