Honey has taken to lying in the basket of cloth bags we keep by the front door, so I put one of the dog beds on top of the bags. She barks at every dog that walks by and when my wife gets home from work.
We have a low cabinet in front of the dining room window. Pepper took it over 14 years ago and still uses it. We had to move the collectibles off for their own protection.
We know an Irish Setter who likes to drag his dog bed out in sunny days. Then he sits there with front paws crossed watching the world go by. And he does indeed look like royalty.

I would guess a lot of the readers of Red & Rover treat their dogs like Red does. I have 2 pretty spoiled dogs here… :D
