I do believe you are confusing Soap Commercials with Soap Operas, Red. Ahh the innocence of childhood.

I love how those two relax together.

sad part about soap operas… you could stop watching for year and for reason the storyline will have not an inch since you last watched….. :D

Red may have been watching a real soap opera when he was ill in bed back in March. It was about an extra-marital affair so it was probably a soap opera. He claimed he had learned more from watching TV than he would have learned in school.

Red seems a lot more innocent in today’s strip.

As an adult…I still don’t get them.

Rover’s the one who would jump into mud puddles. : )
