    This illustrates a point if you think about it. Litterers are a problem. However, barking from the inside of the house serves no purpose except to irritate those inside the house. Nothing is done about the problem and those doing the wrong have only a vague sense that a noise is coming from somewhere. Any “barkers” out there?

    Not to excuse people who are careless with their waste, but in the late 20th century product manufacturers started to use a LOT more packaging. Without adequate understanding OR an infrastructure ready to handle it, the abundance of trash – and the burden of disposing of it properly – was handed entirely to consumers.
