I live in the UK where we have Mother’s Day or Mothering Sunday three weeks before Easter Sunday. It’s good that we celebrate the same things in different countries although we often celebrate them at different times.

That is very sweet of them. Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy Mother’s Day all! Mine has been gone since 2001, but I still think of her every day and miss her wise mentorship. I’m a pet mommy now!

Love the curlers! AH, back in the day I used soup cans. A bit difficult to sleep.

It’s an extra gift if your kids let you sleep until you wake up on Mother’s Day.

I was in a store a few weeks ago and actually saw a lady wearing curlers while shopping. She got some double takes.

My mom passed more than 10 years ago, and I still miss her every day.

I didn’t think anyone used curlers in their hair anymore until I saw a woman (younger, not older) walking about her condo complex wearing them, in broad daylight! They did look too painful to sleep in.

I don’t think I would have survived that gift presentation!

Never saw Red’s mom in curls before….

The card was dry. He must have saved everything for the kiss. Rover’s sooo thoughtful!
