My Lizzie would yelp like crazy if I did that to her, but I suppose Rover is used to it. Very clever and different, Mr. Basset ;)

Looked like Rover needed a little lift to get going this morning ….. surprisingly it’s usually Red that doesn’t really get going in the mornings …….. but their both on the go now and together …….. :)

Rover doesn’t seem too jacked up after being jacked up.

When I would be sitting down, my standard poodle used to put his butt near my knee and swat me a few times with his tail. When he quit swatting, I would rest my hand on his tail on my knee. He would “aarrooooooo” until I removed my hand. If I put my hand back, he would howl again. If I didn’t put my hand back, he would swat me a few more times and walk away. A funny dog!

He’s not a Jack Russell.
