I wanted to crochet more golden retrievers from my ever-shedding Molly’s hair, but I never did.

Every time I see a comic strip like this one, I feel even more thankful that my Finnegan is a non-shedding Maltipoo

Anytime you brush a cat or dog, you have more than enough fur to have a second pet (or NONE left of the first!)

Red, it’s only hair, lol! That you’ll have to clean up ;)

Rover just shed a Rover?

Fir a second, I thought those were fleas until I saw the last panel. Rover must be playing Frankenstein, and Red is Igor. Yip yip yip yip yip

Don’t worry Red ……. it’s only Rover’s residue ……… Rover is just fine ….. :)

Now THAT is most definitely shedding…….

Rover just dropped a pile of shed.

And one main reason I have a Goldendoodle..

..His residual electrostatic pattern, is strong !

Newton’s fur is completely different from my Golden Retrievers’ fur. Theirs was long and silky and they didn’t seem to shed as much. Newton’s is short and sticks in everything and he sheds a lot more. Maybe it’s because the Goldens went for grooming more often (and got trims, whereas Newt gets baths).
