Today’s strip reminds me of a previous year’s strip where Martin was being good to Red and then told him, “It’s only because it’s Christmas.” One reader posted, “How cute! Martin still believes in Santa.” This strip shows that that interpretation was correct.
My one brother could be really nasty to me when we were young; then when we grew up he was the one who helped me out when I had problems or work to be done!

I would’ve preferred “pink belly” over the tickling my brother used to do to me. I couldn’t breathe and it was really scary.

Hopefully, Rover is in Martin’s room ripping things up, peeing on his bed, etc. Because he sure isn’t doing anything to help out here!
