Does anyone think the Highwayman is related to Cobra or the portal displaced villain from “The Curse of Tangeroa?” I’m surprised there hasn’t been any mention of the Catpocalypse, which happened when Breezy was originally married to Rip.
Cobra will want recompense for this.
